Choose Tap for Tweed schools

Welcome to the Choose Tap education program, an initiative that promotes the many advantages of drinking tap water.

Tap water is a crucial component of a healthy lifestyle and an environmentally sustainable alternative to bottled water and other bottled drinks.

We encourage teachers, parents and caregivers in the Tweed to download and use these activities among students. They aim to educate and involve students in understanding the benefits of choosing tap water.

Teachers, by incorporating these resources into your lessons, you could emphasise the importance of tap water for maintaining healthy bodies, promoting dental health, and nurturing sharp minds.

Join us in fostering a culture of informed decision-making and sustainable choices by embracing tap water as the go-to option for hydration. Together, we can inspire a generation of Tweed residents to choose tap and make the best choice for themselves and our planet.
