Meter reading and billing schedule

Water meters are read 4 times a year, once every 13 weeks.

Water bills are mailed the week following your meter reading and should reach you no later than 2 weeks after your meter is read.

Accessing your water meter

Council officers, carrying Council identification, will need access to your water meter.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their water meter is accessible and clear of rubbish, sand, earth, bushes and insects. Find out more about checking for leaks.
