Access charge estimator

Use this estimator to work out the estimated effect of the revised Water Access Charge calculation on your non-residential property.

You will need your property identifier number – find it on your water notice. 

If the estimator suggests you are likely to pay more, Council will minimise the impact on you by phasing-in the increase over 4 years, starting in the 2024–25 financial year.
