Land register mapping

A register of all land vested in or under the control of Tweed Shire Council.

Use Council’s online maps to:

• Search for a location within the Tweed using a street address, legal description (Lot/Section/Plan), Council property number, or street name
• Find your zoning and take a look at Local Environmental Plans - LEP 2000, 2012 and 2014
• Find flood information
• Search Community Services by park name, beach name or street name
• Visualise environmental information
• See public facilities in your area

How do I know what zone I'm in?

Across the Tweed there are different land use zones including:

• Rural (e.g. RU1)
• Residential (e.g. R1)
• Business/commercial (e.g. B1)
• Industrial (e.g. IN1)
• Special/tourism (e.g. SP1)
• Recreation (e.g. RE1)
• Nature (e.g. E1)
• Waterways (e.g. W1)

These zones reflect the type of development that is expected to occur in the area.
