Council’s year finishes with Extraordinary Council meeting on Friday

Council offices close on Friday, reopen Wednesday 2 January 2019

An Extraordinary Council Meeting will be held on Friday 21 December 2018 at 1pm at the Council Chambers in Murwillumbah.

There will be one item on the Ordinary Agenda, which is a request for offer for supply, installation and product support of a vehicle-mounted mobile parking infringement system.

There will be four items on the Confidential Agenda:

• Consideration of three development application legal appeals (Karlos Water Extraction and two

Karlos helipad appeals

• Barrister advice on the Tweed Valley Hospital

Members of the public and media representatives will not be able to attend the Confidential Meeting.

Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting will be available on Council’s website before the close of business on Friday at www.tweed.nsw.gov.au/CouncilMeetings

Council offices at Murwillumbah and Tweed Heads will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period from Monday 24 December 2018 to Tuesday 1 January 2019.

The offices will reopen again at 8.30am on Wednesday 2 January 2019.
