Reconnecting is the theme of the 2022 NSW Seniors Festival.
With COVID-19 restrictions easing, people are on the move and there will be plenty going on, so save the dates now for the Tweed Seniors Festival 2022.
The festival will be held from Friday 25 March to Sunday 3 April 2022.
The ‘Reconnect’ theme is particularly appropriate after the restrictions and lockdowns which the COVID -19 crisis imposed on so many people, especially seniors.
The opening ceremony and Local Achievement Awards will be held on Friday 25 March 2022 at the Murwillumbah Civic Centre Auditorium and will include entertainment.
During the week-long festival, there will be a special Q & A session featuring a panel of experts ready to answer your questions on a range of topics, including navigating and accessing government services and personal safety.
Other activities planned include free morning teas, bowls and tenpin lessons, bus tours, social gatherings, dancing, information sessions and lots more.
