Bilambil Sports Complex East clubhouse repairs

We are upgrading the sports amenities building at Bilambil Sports Complex East in Bilambil to improve its resilience against future floods and weather events.

Project Schedule

• Planning: Early to Mid 2025
• Construction: End 2025 to reduce impact on sports season

What's involved

• Full roof replacement with upgraded insulation, framing and drainage systems
• Electrical upgrade including the replacement of all lights and light fittings, installation of emergency exit lighting and the raising of power outlets
• Accessible entrance to the clubhouse
• Internal upgrades such painting and epoxy flooring (pending budget availability)

Why it’s happening

Severe weather and flooding in 2017 and 2022 caused substantial damage to the changeroom facilities and canteen.

Budget: $369,200

Jointly funded by the Australian and NSW Governments.
